What is the ACTION Project?

ACTION  is a transnational project of IFMSA(International Federation of Medical Students Associations) SCORP (Standing Committee on Human Rights and Peace)

and stands for "Asian Collaborative Training on Infectious diseases, Outbreak, Natural disasters and refugee management."

It is aimed at providing essential knowledge and skills required to prevent, relieve, and rehabilitate victims of infectious diseases and natural disasters, to medical students in the Asia-Pacific region.

We organize a one week training program annually in an Asian-Pacific country. During the program, participants will acquire basic skills and knowledge of disaster medicine through lectures, small working groups and field trips.
